All US Orders from $0-$20 Ship for $2.95, All US Orders from $20.01-$40.00 Ship for $4.95. For International and expedited shipping actual rates apply.

Most items seen on our website are in stock & shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time will be consistent with usual and customary USPS schedules. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock & give you an estimated time of delivery.

International shipping is by USPS only. Rates are based on real time quotes from the USPS and vary by weight. USPS priority international shipping is recommended. Shipping is chosen at time of checkout and the costs will be added to your order. An International shipping quote can be provided anytime by clicking view cart and then calculate shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Most items seen on our website are in stock & shipped within 2-3 business days. Arrival time is usually 5-7 business days after the order is placed. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock & give you an estimated time of delivery.

What is your return policy?

Exchanges may be requested if within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. Eschange prices will be credited less the original shipping costs. Returns will be accepted for refund if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refund arrangements must be made in advance and they buyer is responsible for return postage. All exchanges and refunds must be in original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee for refund. The original postage will also be deducted from the refund amount. PRIOR TO RETURNING AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE please e-mail Rachel at admin@pinkdiscount.com. If an item is delivered damaged please email admin@pinkdiscount.com or call 1 (877) 902-4327. All retuned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, must not be used, opened or tested. Items that are returned in any other condition are not accepted and will not be exchanged or refunded.

All International and Canadian orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs of purchase. Orders generally take at least 5 and up to 20 business days for delivery due to time in customs. Delivery time may vary depending upon the accuracy of the billing and shipping information provided to us and on other USPS factors not within our control. As an international buyer, you accept the responsibility of a shipment being lost once it leaves the US. Pinkdiscount.com can only be responsible to accurately label and ship a package. Once the package is proven to have left the US the package is considered delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or stolen once they leave the US.
